It’s here! Well…basically. If you’re like me and you’ve been addicted to the upcoming single from one of the most exciting artists coming in 2011 Jessie and The Toy Boys you’ll be happy to see the full version is here! A while back, I posted the extended preview clip of the single “Push It” which features Yelawolf, and thanks to a current remix contest for the single, you can listen to it in full!
Get a the review & full version after the cut.
I guess I should preface this that the clip was pretty amazing in itself, but the bridge just continues that awesomeness with a dub step-esque bridge, and then the same sounds before a lead up to the final chorus that just forces you to dance in the end. This is definitely one of the most unique first single pop songs, so this is definitely a must listen.
In other Jessie news, the group just shot the music video for “Push It” in LA last Tuesday with both Yelawolf and DJ Skeet Skeet on set. She also released a teaser video for one of the song’s remixes below too, which you can check out below. The clip is as well a must see because of all the really creative imagery and ideas Jessie’s using (where are the toy boys?!) in a simple convenience store as well with a lot of silver and glitter (silver lipstick is the new thing ya’ll!). I am dying to see a complete music visual from her if a viral video is going to be this good!
For some reason I can’t link you right to the remix contest run by Indaba Music, but its easy to search and find the contest where you can then listen to the full song! Or, I’ve conveniently got a soundcloud link for you.
In summary: Must Hear Music, Must See Video.
